Did you know that plants can help with your mental health?

For me, I cannot help but see the correlation between purchasing over 25 plants, spending money and time into creating a peaceful working and living environment as the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic rippled across the nation and the American workforce transitioned to working remotely. 

Here how having plants have positively affected my mental health: 
  • I love waking up to my plants! Their bright, green leaves cheer me up, and when I see a plant thrive, I feel a sense of pride.
  • Taking care of my plants taught me I am not ready for kids! lol It is a responsibility to care for each plant that requires different needs and instructions.
